SIDNEY ZARABI

Sidney is a results-driven criminal defence lawyer at 10(B) Criminal Law Center, representing clients at all stages of the criminal process before both the Ontario Court of Justice (OCJ) and the Superior Court of Justice (SCJ). His practice spans the full spectrum of criminal law — from bail hearings to full trials — and includes both summary and serious indictable matters such as assault, drug and weapons offences, theft, fraud, impaired or dangerous driving, firearms offences, sexual assault, robbery, drug trafficking, and homicide-related charges.

From bail hearings to full trials, Sidney stands beside his clients every step of the way, delivering strong, strategic, and effective advocacy inside and outside the courtroom. He appears regularly for Crown and judicial pre-trials, Tunney (Gardiner) hearings, sentencing submissions, and bail variations, and is known for his disciplined preparation and unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcome in every case.

Sidney is deeply committed to access to justice and proudly represents clients through Legal Aid Ontario. With a solid background in mental health law and youth criminal justice, Sidney advocates tirelessly for clients facing mental health challenges, addiction issues, and other personal hardships. He works collaboratively with families, community agencies, and treatment providers to pursue resolutions that promote fairness, rehabilitation, and dignity.
